and here is something i read the other day that inspired me alot so i thought id share:)
The real secret of success
Most people spend their life working in a job they don't like, for a boss they don't respect, with people they don't get along with, to make money to buys stuff they don't even need. And if they endure this lifestyle long enough, we call them a success.
 Jesus called John the Baptist the greatest man to ever live. And what was his life philosophy? "He (Jesus) must become greater and greater, and i must become less and less" (John 3:30). He wanted to become less and less visible as Jesus took over more and more of his life. And Jesus called him the greatest man who ever lived.

When God measures success, he doesn't ask, "How much have you earned?" He asks, "How faithful have you been?" Because you can never be a success unless Christ is at the center of your life. You will never be rich by clinging to the things of this world.
"And how do benefit if you gain the whole world but lose you own soul?Is anything worth more than your soul?" (Matthew 16:26)
 The way to achieve true inner harmony and happiness isn't by earning a mountain of cash, or impressing hordes of fans or even seeing your name in lights. True harmony, happiness and peace come from knowing your sins are forgiven and that you are accepted by God, despite the mistakes and wrongs you've done in the past.
 Then you can move on to the following, serving and honoring the God you loves you by letting go of the things of this life and clinging to the hope of the life to come; by being faithful to him, putting him first and trusting him for eternal results.
 In the book of Ecclesiastes, Solomon explores the mysteries and meaning of life. He concludes that without God at the heart of the matter, life is meaningless. Four thoughts echo throughout the book:

• Obey God, for this is the duty of every person
• Enjoy life, even though it is brief and filled with uncertainty
• Work hard, though it sometimes seems tiring and useless
• Be content, because wealth will never bring happiness

In God's eyes, a successful life is one of obedience, enjoyment, integrity and contentment. Build your life on those four pillars and, even though no one else may notice, God will call you a success.

heey everybody here is something i did for my art course...um i hadta sketch 28 drawings for each of the elements and principles of art and then pick my fav 14, so yeah this one is Movement..um i was only allowed to use pencil crayon..woulda like to paint but couldnt so i did my best with pencil crayons..i couldnt decide if i liked the colored one better or the drawing so i give you both and you be the judge...k well have a good day!

hi guys! today i drew my first ever caricature:) lol.. it is of my osm friend shauna, she very kindly sat for me and let me give caricatures a try:) she's a angelical person:D *snort* she looks very peaceful and calm here but in reality shes a crazy chic so don't let the halo and wings fool ya:D heh heh...i was inspired by the wonderful CANADAS WONDERLAND!(its soo osm that place is!!!rollercoasters rock!) um yeah anyway saw people doing caricatures there and was majorly intrigued and thus...

ahoy me mateys:) this is a pic that may someday be in a book...i drew it for that anyway but i duno if it will be good enough...guess we'll see:) ....i like drawing pirates!

heres my first attempt at drawing in ink...when drawing in ink you cant erase your mistakes..iv always used pencil before but yeah i might try to draw in ink more often:) altho it is frustrating to not be able to change obvious mistakes it helps me get better at drawing...just gotta be more careful i guess.. k well peace out!

one time on the way to pincher from creston i tried to draw a portrait of my osm friend Chantelle..and this is the attempt..we had lotsa laughs while i was in the process cause it is quite funny to just sit for hours gazing at eachother:D and she always laughed just cause she wasnt supposed to which resulted in more laughs..you know how it goes:)...but yeah it vaguely resembles her:D in real life she is much more beautiful...a drawing could not do her justice but yeah im gona try and get good at drawing portraits by lotsa practice.

so here is some graffiti that i painted while i was in beatuful B.C. for a month...tis on my osm-friend,arletha's wall:) um on the other side of her dresser it says 'the life you live...the life you love'  thus completing the saying

it was quite a fun thing for me to do although she'll hafta sand forever if she ever wants to repaint...and the camera did its best on this pic but the the blue was a lot more turquoise and the purple alot more purple and the white wall white and not yellow...but yeah anyway nuf on that..i had a party there in creston(in western canada in general):D thanks for all the lovely memories you fun people from there:D

abstract

um here is a not-very-interesting abstact painting that i did to match my room...and um i love to paint abstact things cause they the most easy fun slap-it-on projects:)  quite theraputic as i might have already said some other time in my blog ramblings.. Just a small update on my art life...iv been working alot on my huge rainbow painting that iv been working on since forever and..its almost done!!!yay! anyway you all have fun and remember to stop and smell the flowers and to find shapes in the fluffy clouds:)
